I have spoken and blogged alot about my friend God sent to me, Janice!

She’s an AMAZING PERSON.  Janice is my age, already graduated from Harvard! She’s a gorgeous Cuban and has worked for some of the most notable in Hip Hop.  The minute I met Janice I had such a good energy from her, not just cause she’s a fellow Leo =) but because she just has this glow about her. I call her my Spiritual Mentor because she has changed my life. Janice is an Energy Healer, has done Cleansings on me and has given me some basic tools that has really shaped my lfie for the better, she’s also the one who got me started in Angel Readings that I give! . I think God sent her to me to show me how to be a better person.

Janice has launched her own website selling Crystals. I asked her some questions (below), that are basic so people who want to know about Crystals and how they can heal will understand.

What Are Crystals? Where do they come from & how can they help?

Crystals are very powerful healing tools and are also used in all aspects of society. Your computer runs on a crystal. Your LCD screen is based on crystals. Your watch most likely runs on a quartz crystal. They’re everywhere. . Top IBM scientist Marcel Vogel once said of crystals, “Its higher purpose… is in the service of humanity for the removal of pain and suffering.

Can they cure any illness?

Well as an energy healer I’m not allowed to use words such as “cure” or “diagnose.” Crystal healing is meant to complement physicians, not replace them. But overall, crystals can help you heal from just about any illness whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. I use crystals to heal people on a daily basis from a wide variety of dis-eases. However, we don’t recommend that anyone with cancer wears crystals.

Do I pick by Color? what does each Color mean?

Picking by color is really popular when it comes to crystal healing. Each different crystal emits a different healing energy and each healing energy has a color that’s related to the color of the crystal. These colors are also tied to your chakras. For example, violet/purple clears and heals your crown chakra which helps with spiritual manners such as feeling like your life lacks purpose or meaning. The green crystals are very popular because green energy is the best energy for disintegrating energy blocks in your system. Green energy chops up disease and negative energy so you can get rid of it. Green crystals also help you open your heart which attracts love and financial prosperity. Pink crystals also open your heart. Blues help relieve stress and worries  and they’re great for improving mental focus, creativit, and communication. Blacks are very protective stones and ground you so you can make your dreams reality. Orange floods you with warm, happy cheerful energy and removes obstacles from your way. And a clear crystal can be used for anything.

What does “Charging Crystals” mean?

Well, I’m an energy healer so I work with energy. I super charge all my crystals with tons of positive healing energy. Crystals absorb, store and transmit energy. So I store healing and positive energy into the crystal to heal the wearer.

Do I have to wear them in a necklace?

Preferably. I chose to only carry crystal pendants instead of  rings or bracelets because I find that pendants are the most effective. They fall right over your heart, your pumping station, and so the healing energy emitted by the crystal is then flooded into your entire system. And men- stop putting them on your keychains! They will break when you throw down your keys somewhere! LOL, we’ve had about 5 guys break their crystals because they put them on keychains.

What does “Programming a Crystal” mean?

Crystals follow directions. They are programmed (like your computer, which runs on a crystal) to follow the set of instructions you give it. A crystal doesn’t really work unless it’s cleansed and programmed. Which is actually a good thing because some crystals, like diamonds, would be causing havoc on people’s lives if they fulfilled their functions without programming and cleansing (diamonds can make people hard, rigid, and uncompromising).

Can I Program my own Crystal?

Sure. When you get your crystal, you can change the program on it a bit. I program them to do the functions they are great at doing OR whatever the client wants me to program their crystal for. However, once you get your crystal, you can fine-tune it according to what you want that day. For example, lets say you get a Rose Quartz from me and it’s program to attract love into your life. Before leaving your house to the club, you can instruct it to attract men/women to you.

What if I don’t know which I should get?

My website had tons of info for you to browse through and find out which which functions are best for you. We have a sidebar that’s broken down by functions to make this easier for people. You can choose things like “Creativity” “Intuition” “Happiness” “Money.” However, if after browsing our site you still don’t know which crystal is best for you, we offer a free crystal consultation to help you choose. You just send me a little information on your background and what you are aiming to accomplish and then I send you recommendations.

What if I have many problems, do I have to get different crystals for each?

Start with one and see how that goes. If you want more, then add a new one and so forth. I love crystals so I have a bunch of them and a lot of my clients have purchased a few as well. I switch up my crystal depending on what I’m doing.  I like wearing blue crystals when doing desk work, an Amethyst while meditating, and I always wear a Citrine pendant for business meetings. At all other times I’m wearing a Rose Quartz. Since I know a lot of your readers are artists, I’ll say that I normally recommend a blue stone for artists, writers, or producers. For women, I normally start my clients off with a Rose Quartz because it helps you release old trauma and pain and helps you love and accept yourself. I tell most women to start off with the Rose Quartz.

How have they helped you?

Oh wow. I’ve been using crystals since I was born. Before I even left the hospital my mom put a Black Onyx on me. LOL, so it’s hard to pinpoint. I’ve had a pretty successful life by most standards, so they have helped me achieve success. Also, I use crystals every day in my healings and they cut the time of my energy healings in half, so they save me a lot of time!

How did you get started?

LOL, my mom put a Black Onyx on me before I left the hospital… And ever since then crystals have been a normal part of my life.

Your new website has just launched, Can I buy and get all information there?

Yes! It’s a very information rich site. Each crystal has a bunch of information on its benefits. There is also a history section which outlines how crystals have been used for healing since the beginning of time and how crystals have been noted by all major world religions. They’re mentioned in the Bible over 200 times! In the F.A.Q. section of the page there are also a couple videos on energy healing. I’m also going to add a Science Research tab in the near future. Can you share a story or experience of how Crystals healed or helped someone or yourself?

Wow…… Well I have a client who had 8 tumors and now has zero after a few crystal healing sessions. I have the before and after ultra sounds. I had a client who couldnt walk or breathe after a car accident (thorax was damaged) and after one crystal healing session got up and walked and was breathing just fine. As far as wearing crystals, I dont like to go ANYWHERE without my crystal. LOL, my mom had me program a Rose Quartz to help her lose weight and now, a couple weeks later, her weight is under control. My clients are also addicted to their crystals…. I could go on and on. This is a part of my every day life, so every day I get to experience the miracles of crystals healing powers.

Which is your favorite?

Ahh! I love them all! LOL, my favorite (I feel like I’m cheating on them!) for every day wear is the Rose Quartz. It’s effects are pretty instant and fill you with a sort of peace and subtle giddiness…… I love my Rose Quartz. But my favorite for healings is Clear Quartz because it allows me to shoot out whatever color energy the client needs.
